A senior business leader has been appointed as chief executive officer for Australian engineering services and technology solutions company Nova Systems.

A senior business leader has been appointed as chief executive officer for Australian engineering services and technology solutions company Nova Systems.

Dean Rosenfield, a former senior vice-president of Saab AB and group managing director of Saab UK, will use more than 20 years of experience within the defence industry and commence with Nova Systems in March next year.

Rosenfield will be based in Adelaide, South Australia, at the Nova Systems headquarters.

“We are excited to welcome Dean to the Nova team,” according to Nova Systems board chair Ken Williams.

“Dean brings a wealth of experiences which are well aligned with Nova Systems and will be critical to the achievement of our growth strategy.

“We wish Dean every success in this role and look forward to seeing Nova grow and flourish under his leadership.”

Steven Robinson, who has served as acting chief executive officer since July, will return to his role as chief operating officer when Rosenfield commences in March.
