ASX-listed EOS has announced a range of new appointments to oversee growth across Australian and international markets.

ASX-listed defence and technology company Electro Optic Systems (EOS) has today (4 April) revealed a raft of changes to its leadership with an eye to continued international and domestic growth.

Clive Cuthell has been appointed as chief operating officer of EOS Group. The appointment is in addition to Cuthell’s current role as chief financial officer.

 
 

He will be responsible for executing group initiatives to deliver growth across EOS Group markets.

The company has also announced the appointment of Christian Tobergte as Defence Systems International – EVP, who will now oversee EOS Defence Systems International activity.

Tobergte will be based in Europe.

He has held leadership roles within Rheinmetall for 13 years and has served in business development across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

EOS has outlined that the EVP will promote international growth of the company’s Remote Weapons Systems products including the R150 and R800, in addition to their counter drone capabilities.

The group has also revealed that Ian Cook has been appointed Defence Systems Australia – EVP, overseeing the growth of EOS Defence Systems activity in Australia, having served for 20 years in leadership roles including in Thales and General Dynamics.

Cook is expected to drive growth and maturity in the company’s global engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing activities.

Cook will be based in Canberra.
