The seventh Australian Defence Sales Catalogue has been released with a record number of Australian businesses, products, and services for the 2023 edition.

The seventh Australian Defence Sales Catalogue has been released with a record number of Australian businesses, products, and services for the 2023 edition.

More than 250 Australian defence industry export-ready products and services are detailed in the latest edition published on 3 April.

The catalogue also includes surplus Australian Defence Force equipment and platforms coming out of service and available for sale to other national governments, subject to defence export control legislation.

 
 

“The Albanese government is committed to growing Australia’s defence exports, as well as supporting homegrown innovation, both of which are key to industry success,” said Minister for Defence Industry Pat Conroy.

“This year’s catalogue features a record number of Australian businesses, demonstrating we have a growing number of world-class defence products, services, and technologies.

“It is great to see so many Australian business promoting their products and services on the world stage, which will create jobs and help build our local defence industry.”

Categories include primes, electronic, communications, development to delivery, testing and sustainment, field, professional/training, capability needs, space, humanitarian aid, and disaster relief.

Capabilities include artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, communications, design, electronic warfare, engineering, field equipment, humanitarian, ICT and cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, logistics, manufacturing, medical, optical, personal protection, research and development, robotics, ship building, space capabilities, test equipment, through-life support, training and education, unmanned and counter unmanned systems, vehicles and accessories, weapons and ammunition.
