Indigenous Defence & Infrastructure Consortium (iDiC) is a single point deployment project and account manager, providing a diverse range of services via its consortium partners (all of whom are Indigenous owned businesses). With a national footprint, iDiC has proven capability in a range of direct and indirect procurement services to support large defence and infrastructure projects iDiC provides a channel for our clients to engage with the Australian Indigenous business sector; enhancing the overall competitiveness of their supply chain, whilst fulfilling their Indigenous engagement and policy requirements.

JLB-Yaran’s management team have over 60 years of Navy experience and passionately support the warfighter by influencing Defence Programs across the nation. Committed to developing innovative solutions to strengthen Australia’s sovereign capability while prioritising the needs of our frontline Military personnel, JLB-Yaran supports Defence by delivering Consultants who deliver outcomes focused solutions to Defence. JLB-Yaran is a consortium partner of iDiC and have established a partnership which delivers trusted professionals to Defence, while also developing genuine employment pathways for Indigenous people into Defence. JLB-Yaran’s Indigenous Development & Employment Program (IDEP) is endorsed by iDiC and the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA). The IDEP will ensure Indigenous talent in Defence, regardless of their employer, have the opportunity to develop long-term careers in Defence and reach their aspirations.
