Land Forces 2014

Date: September 2014 - Thursday 25 September 2014
Location: Queensland , Australia

Presented in collaboration with the Australian Army, LAND FORCES 2014 succeeds the former Land Warfare Conference and Exhibition previously held in Australia.

LAND FORCES 2014 will be an expanded and comprehensive international industry exhibition to showcase land-defence equipment, technology and services for the armies of Australia, Asia and the Pacific region.

It will be the essential event to access army and land-defence decision-makers and to connect with numerous military, government, scientific and industry delegations from around the world, with particular emphasis on the Asia Pacific and Australia.

The rapidly-developing nations of the Asia Pacific offer exceptional opportunities. The economies of the region are growing at a dramatic rate and regional demand for defence technology solutions has never been greater. Australia is strategically positioned within the Asia Pacific, bridging both the Pacific and Indian oceans, and the Australian Defence Force is amongst the most respected and influential in the region. The highly-advanced capability requirement of the Australian Army is of itself substantial. Additionally, the Australian Army has strong ties with the armies of the Asia Pacific and Australia’s acquisition decisions, assessments and technology are carefully noted.

In association with LAND FORCES 2014, the Australian Army will host a prestigious international Chief of Army Conference to which the Australian Chief of Army will invite fellow Army Chiefs, senior military leaders and distinguished defence professionals from around the world, and in particular from the Asia Pacific region. The Chief of Army Conference will be supplemented, during LAND FORCES 2014, by a series of seminars and symposia across the fields of defence science, technology, materiel, logistics and acquisition.

LAND FORCES 2014 will be a powerful forum for key decision-makers from throughout the region, government representatives, defence officials, military procurement managers and senior army officers to network with defence materiel manufacturers, equipment suppliers, service providers and land-systems developers.

Do BUSINESS at LAND FORCES 2014… Don’t miss the region’s ESSENTIAL land-defence event!
