Precision component manufacturer Levett Engineering has been awarded a contract with Kongsberg for stacking frames for the naval strike missile capability.

Levett Engineering is pleased to announce the contract award with Kongsberg Defence Australia for the manufacture and supply of stacking frames for the naval strike missile capability being delivered under Project SEA 1300 Phase 1 - Navy Guided Weapons.
Levett, part of the Australian Sovereign Defence and Advanced Manufacturing (ASDAM) Group, is a leading precision component manufacturer with both an Australian and international client base.
“Levett is renowned for its exacting operational benchmarks and commitment to product quality and on-time delivery,” said Dave Lander, general manager of Levett Engineering.
“We are delighted to be working directly with Kongsberg Defence Australia to manufacture and supply stacking frames to transport the NSM Launcher Missile Modules.
“This direct contract with Kongsberg builds on existing component work Levett have executed supporting Marand with their launch ramp systems, the launcher frames and rails work packages for Kongsberg Defence Australia.”
Located at Lionsgate Park in Elizabeth South, South Australia, Levett Engineering was established in 1989 and has a long and proud manufacturing history.
