Every two years Queensland’s Sunshine Coast is host to the Australasian helicopter industry. First held in 2014, the biennial Rotortech Conference and Exposition is the premier industry event for the helicopter community in Australia, New Zealand and the region. Hosted by the Australian Helicopter Industry Association, ROTORTECH 2018 will be conducted by Industry Defence and Security Australia Limited which is part of a not-for-profit group headed by Aerospace Maritime and Defence Foundation of Australia Limited. Aerospace Australia Limited is also a part of the Aerospace Maritime and Defence Foundation of Australia Limited group and is the organiser of the biennial Australian International Airshow and Aerospace and Defence Exposition at Avalon Airport near Melbourne. ROTORTECH 2018 will bring together leading players from all sectors of the rotary-wing industry - operators, helicopter and equipment manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, pilots and engineers.
