Arms and ammunition supplier NIOA Group has announced a raft of business changes involving the manufacture and supply of firearms.

Arms and ammunition supplier NIOA Group has announced a raft of business changes involving the manufacture and supply of firearms.

Initially, NIOA has joined a strategic collaboration with Helmut Hofmann, Outdoor Investment/Formalito, and Viking Arms to expand the global reach of Ruger and Marlin firearms.

The International Sporting Goods Wholesalers Alliance partnership has committed to delivering international wholesale, distribution, support, sales and marketing of the firearms brands.

 
 

NIOA Group will represent Australia, New Zealand and redistribution opportunities in the region. Helmut Hofmann will represent Germany and support redistribution efforts to Ruger distributors and other countries/territories throughout Europe. Outdoor Investment/Formalito will represent South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland, Mauritius, Angola and Zambia, while Viking Arms will continue to represent the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Each organisation brings a wealth of expertise and unmatched distribution efficiencies that will strengthen the presence of Ruger and Marlin firearms worldwide,” according to an official statement regarding the partnership.

“Each of these global leaders brings extensive experience and a proven track record of success in international firearms distribution.

“Their combined efforts will ensure that Ruger and Marlin firearms will be effectively delivered, promoted, serviced, supported and successfully sold worldwide.”

In addition, NIOA has also been appointed as the exclusive distributor for Perazzi (shotguns) in Australia and New Zealand.

The company has also been named as the exclusive Australian distributor, expert support and after-sales service provider for Fiocchi Ammunition, Baschieri & Pellagri, and Lyalvale Express ammunition brands.
