Australian defence industry consultant firm Arican Advisory and Capital has announced the opening of an office in the United States.
Located in Denver, Colorado, the office is in the heart of America’s defence industry, with Denver being home to some of the biggest global defence companies and the most successful primes, start-ups, and small and medium-sized enterprises in the defence and aerospace industry. The new office seeks to strengthen Arican’s relationship with US organisations to build on Australian and American defence industry partnerships.
“Our new office in the strategic location of Denver will prove invaluable in supporting our clients with operations or interests in the region,” Arican founder and managing director Mark Stevens said.
“Arican’s continued expansion into the market will serve both sides of the ever-enduring alliance and secure beneficial opportunities for our clients and stakeholders.”
The company said access to US capital markets, private equity and private credit is a key opportunity for Australian companies to achieve long-term, sustainable growth. They have expressed that their proven capabilities in the industry will be strengthened by this “increased presence” in the US.
Having worked with over 300 clients, delivering upwards of 350 advisory projects across their Australia, US and UK offices, Arican is confident these figures will rise as their US market base expands.
Founded in 2018, the company estimates a $10 billion project value and a client success rate of 92 per cent.
