The International Sporting Goods Wholesalers (ISGW) alliance has signed an agreement with American optics manufacturer Leupold & Stevens to distribute “Gold Ring” optics internationally.
The strategic agreement was recently announced at SHOT Show 2026 in Las Vegas earlier this week and is envisioned to combine the ISGW’s global sporting/outdoor might and Leupold’s 118-year-old tradition as the leader in precision optics.
The ISGW alliance combines NIOA, Helmut Hofmann, Viking Arms and Outdoor Investment Holdings/Formalito, collectively representing and distributing more than 125 firearms, optics and ammunition brands.
The new agreement allows Oregon, USA-headquartered optics specialist Leupold & Stevens to join the ISGW stable with other household names such as Ruger, Marlin, Remington, Federal Ammunition, Savage Arms and CCI.
“This partnership strengthens Leupold’s global footprint while ensuring our loyal customers benefit from consistent service, technical support and product availability, regardless of location,” according to Leupold & Stevens international sales manager Jon Slack.
Renowned for exceptional quality and performance, Leupold products are the choice of hunters, shooters, outdoor enthusiasts and military professionals around the world.
By joining ISGW, Leupold will collaborate closely with experienced wholesalers who share a commitment to best-practice distribution, sales and marketing standards.
“Joining the ISGW alliance allows us to work more closely with some of the most respected distribution partners in the world,” according to Janos Jeszenszky, director global commercial sales, Leupold & Stevens.
“Their commitment to gold standard customer service aligns strongly with our own values.”
Under the ISGW alliance, NIOA Group represents Australia, New Zealand and redistribution opportunities in the region.
