Australian defence communications company Blacktree Technology has announced its first export order of the year to an international customer.
The Western Australian company provides communication systems for military and commercial use in urban, remote and harsh operating contexts.
“Our dual UHF SATCOM antenna systems have shipped from our Perth HQ and advanced manufacturing facility, heading to one of our valued international customers,” according to a public statement from the company.
“These systems provide best-in-class ground segment UHF SATCOM capability.
“(Blacktree Technology) designs and manufactures mission critical satellite communications systems used by military and government organisations that must deliver resilient operation in remote and harsh environments across the globe.”
Communication technologies include narrow band and wide band SATCOM, RF component manufacturing, voice and data networks, terrestrial communications, monitoring and management systems.
