Kinetic IT has appointed its inaugural chief transformation officer, set to enhance innovation and growth in the company.

Kinetic IT has appointed its inaugural chief transformation officer, set to enhance innovation and growth in the company.

Kishore Jayaram has been appointed in the inaugural role and is expected to modernise Kinetic IT’s existing operations through sovereign capabilities, artificial intelligence and emerging technology.

The new executive role has been created to guide Kinetic IT’s “next phase of evolution”, with a renewed focus on diversifying and growing AI-enabled services as well as developing a strong presence in sovereign, strategic digital spaces.

 
 

“Kishore joins Kinetic IT at a pivotal time as we invest in new capabilities, services and growth initiatives that will shape our future direction,” Kinetic IT CEO Dean Langenbach said.

“His experience in enterprise transformation and strategic execution will help us capture emerging opportunities and deliver even greater value to our customers.

“With Kishore’s expertise complementing our leadership team, Kinetic IT is strongly positioned to support the evolving digital needs of government and critical services across Australia.”

Jayaram has over two decades of experience in strategy, commercial leadership and consulting, and has been instrumental in business development for strategic tech adoption and transformation.

Currently, Kinetic IT provides automated AI services for customers with the goals of streamlining business operations, improving IT service management and enhancing productivity.

“By combining Kinetic IT’s uniquely Australian position with the accelerating force of AI, we have a real opportunity to deliver new value and support the vital sectors our nation relies on,” Jayaram said on his appointment.
