This endorsement reinforces the role of trusted, high-performing technology in enabling realistic, adaptive and effective defence training at scale.
JMC is a trusted leader in digital maritime training solutions with customers in the Asia Pacific and North America. This innovative Kiwi business' solutions combine automation, intelligent simulation and real-time performance data to help navies train more efficiently, increasing throughput, freeing up instructors for higher-value coaching, and delivering measurable improvements in learner outcomes.
Through this partnership, we are exploring how JMC's systems capability can support secure training ecosystems, where data integrity, automation and operational assurance are embedded into how training is delivered and evaluated for the New Zealand Defence Force.
“The experience JMC brings is a real strength to our partnership here in New Zealand. By working together, we're creating a foundation to grow defence training capability through trusted, technology-enabled solutions,” according to Serco New Zealand training services contract manager Rewi Thompson.
”As defence environments become increasingly connected and data-driven, training must evolve alongside them.
“This includes the ability to simulate complex operational scenarios while ensuring systems are secure, auditable and optimised for performance.”
In Aotearoa New Zealand, our partnership creates opportunity to integrate Serco's global capabilities with JMC's strengths by supporting a future where training environments are not only immersive but also secure by design.
