Visionary Machines has announced that its board of directors has appointed David Pullini as chairman, effective 24 September this year.
The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it pursues new opportunities, broadens its market presence, and builds on the momentum established over recent years.
Pullini brings more than 30 years of experience as chair and non-executive director across a range of technology companies, both private and public.
He is currently chair of Ocius Technology Limited and chair of Humanforce and serves as a non-executive director of Phocas Software and Folklore Ventures.
“The board and I are confident that David’s experience will provide the governance, business and capital markets expertise essential to guiding the company through its next phase of growth,” Visionary Machines chief executive officer Sonny Foster said.
“This appointment is a deliberate step in reinforcing the strategic oversight required to support our expansion plans and it underscores our dedication to building a leadership structure capable of delivering long-term value to our shareholders.”
Foster also extended sincere gratitude to outgoing chairman David Shein for his dedicated service and leadership.
“I have deeply valued David’s steady counsel, integrity and thoughtful guidance throughout his time as chair. David’s contributions have played an important role in guiding our company to this stage of growth, and we thank him for his continued commitment to our success,” Foster said.
