Minister Chester said ManpowerGroup would continue to manage one of the largest and most complex recruitment process outsourcing programs in the world until late 2022.

Defence Force Recruiting is managed from its headquarters in Canberra and has a candidate relationship management centre and 16 recruiting centres across Australia. More than 40,000 candidates are processed annually to fill vacancies in the Australian Navy, Army and Air Force.

The recruiting services contract covers the entire recruiting process – including marketing, recruiting operations, medical and psychological assessments, and the co-ordination of selection boards and employment offers.
