A strategist at Palantir Technologies has been recognised for her forward-looking approach to business development in the defence industry.
Palantir Technologies has announced that its Canberra-based deployment strategist, Grace Johnson, has been awarded the Australian Industry & Defence Network (AIDN) National Young Achiever Award (YAA) for 2020.
Johnson was recognised for her forward-looking approach to business development in the defence industry, and for her recent work in swiftly finding a solution for a challenge a customer had been facing for over five years.
Mike Kelly, president of Palantir Australia, congratulated Johnson, acknowledging her leadership and dedication.
“Grace is everything you would want in someone doing such serious and important work, I am delighted that she has received national recognition in the form of this prestigious award,” Kelly said.
“I would like to thank AIDN for recognising Grace and congratulations all of the other nominees, it is pleasing to see that our future is in good hands with the high calibre of our emerging leaders.”
Other award nominees included Emily Prunnell from Aurecon Australasia; Guillaume Jounel from DroneShield; Taylor Odishoo from Thales Australia; and Priyank Menezes from Airbus Australia Pacific.
