Head of BAE Systems Australia’s Global Access Program and Chair of the Company’s Veteran Advisory Committee Jeremy Satchell, will be joined by expert panellists who will share their insights and experience in supporting defence families into employment, and sharing their lived experiences.

The event will be held in the AMDA STEM Pavilion on 1 March, starting at 3.30pm.

Mr Satchwell added, "The defence industry ‘gets’ the challenges that the partners and spouses of military servicemen and women face trying to establish and build their own careers, especially the additional flexibility they might need to juggle family, work and service commitments.

"As a veteran employer of choice, we see real value in attracting veterans, their partners and their families, into our industry. Our event will discuss the employment options for defence families and why defence industry is a good fit," Mr Satchwell said.
