Kleos is a “spy satellite” company that is based in Luxembourg, though listed on the ASX.
The satellites are designed to identify illegal activity on Earth by detecting radio frequencies rather than images.
Bowyer discusses how Kleos’ continued growth signals a shift away from major advancements being the preserve of big governments and primes.
