It also provides a tailored two-year graduate development program with on-the-job training and mentorship for graduates, launched in 2020.

The AAGE Top Graduate Employers ranking is based on first-hand ratings and feedback from graduates who spend at least 12 months with their employer.

DEWC Services chief technology officer Vern Collins said there is a broad range of skilled graduates across engineering, science, and cyber streams who have successfully completed the program and gained ongoing employment in the defence industry.  

“DEWC Services made a strategic decision to significantly increase its investment in graduate recruitment to provide a foundation from which an expanded ISREW and cyber workforce could be grown in the company from the ground up,” Collins said.

“We offer a flexible program, which is tailored as much as possible to satisfy the individual preferences and aspirations of graduates.”
