AeroPM wins ATL consultancy award

The firm’s professional services acumen has been recognised at a national awards ceremony.

The firm’s professional services acumen has been recognised at a national awards ceremony.

AeroPM has received the Champion Professional Services award at the Australian Small Business Champion Gala Dinner held on Saturday, 27 February at The ICC Sydney.

The firm was recognised for its ‘above-the-line’ (ATL) Defence consultancy services

The expertise, dedication, commitment and hard work that our consulting team put into producing high quality outputs for the client can be attributed to this recognition.

“Our key point of difference is our people,” Emily Frizell, CEO AeroPM, said.

“Having employed over 60 talented individuals within the last two years, we have maintained an 80 per cent veteran employment rate and a strong focus on structured professionalisation within the workforce.”

AeroPM was founded in 2014 by Frizell, following 16 years of service to the Royal Australian Air Force.

Frizell was later joined by her husband and 22-year veteran of the RAAF Adam Frizell in 2018, after the firm was appointed to the Defence Support Services Panel.
