DFR recruiting services contract shortlist revealed

The Defence Force Recruiting – Recruiting Services Contract 2022 shortlist has been unveiled in a statement from Minister for Defence Personnel Darren Chester.

The Defence Force Recruiting – Recruiting Services Contract 2022 shortlist has been unveiled in a statement from Minister for Defence Personnel Darren Chester.

Defence has unveiled its shortlist for the Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) – Recruiting Services Contract 2022, with a tender being issued by Defence in order to ensure that the Australian Defence Force onboards the best possible recruits into the military.

The following companies have been shortlisted for the RS2022:

 
 
  • Accenture Australia;
  • Adecco Australia;
  • Manpower Services (Australia); and
  • Toll Remote Logistics.

The Minister for Defence Personnel Darren Chester commented that DFR’s recruitment process is key to ensuring a strong and effective defence force.

“Defence is committed to changing the way it recruits in order to meet the requirements of the Navy, Army and Air Force, candidate expectations, responding to market changes and achieving return on government investment,” Minister Chester said.

“Through the next stage of the procurement process, Defence wants to engage with a capability partner to deliver a recruiting system that is modern and fit for purpose.

“Importantly, it needs to be capable of attracting a broad range of candidates to successfully deliver capability into the future. 

“I would like to thank all respondents for their interest in the DFR RS2022 retender and acknowledge the investment in the preparation of highly competitive responses.”

According to a statement from Minister Chester, the decision RS2022 decision is expected to be made in October 2022.
